Livin LA (los angeles) vida loca

It's been a long time, I know. And since we actually went to LA (this posting), it's been a really long time. With Tristin as active as he is and C and I so busy at work and at home, it's been harder and harder to get around to posting. I probably have a few posts more I need to do get current. Hopefully, this is one step forward.

A few months ago, before C changed jobs, T, C and I drove down to LA for a mini vacation. It was pretty fun -- T and I lounged around at the hotel pool, we met up with my cousin and his daughter, Ella (and my aunt and other cousin) and C and I had the chance to spend uninterrupted number of days with T. In particular, since daddy was in training, T and I were 24-7 buddies. He was the center of my universe and I was his. It was fun -- at times, tiresome as I wasn't use to having a little man run my life 24-7, but nonetheless, nourishing and entertaining.

The few things I noticed about T on this trip were the following -- 1) he's an incredibly smiley baby (see previous posting for evidence), 2) he is a total flirt (every time he was near any woman, he would smile. The prettier they were, the bigger the smile). A specific example was when we went to a Korean restaurant, he was not only smiling at all the ladies and asking them to hold him but he was also patting their butt and pinching their hips to get their attention. I guess those macho hormones are in full gear even before the dear age of 1, huh. For all the ladies' men out there, T would have made you proud...

Prom night with daddy

T-in-action

Tristin has been pretty active these days. These are from before our move to SF (pre-tricks!) when he was babbling and screaming. He still loves peekaboos and this game (the first video) is one of C and my favorite games to play with him. More pictures to come from our trip to LA and videos showcasing his new bag of tricks but until then, enjoy Mr.-T-in-action!
